Hope you have a lot of these barrels because the onlyproblem you'll have is matching the excellent quality...
I’d select barrel #6 because of thesmoothness and mellowness. When I have a choice like this I almostalways go with mellowness...
Nose
Warm and inviting, opening with layered caramel and soft vanilla. A gentle fruit note reminiscent of sweet pear is present, with a late hint of butter rounding it out.
Palate
Exceptionally smooth, with caramel and fruit taking center stage. The sweetness is more pronounced, and its warmth gradually builds and lingers on the palate.
Finish
Long, with lingering sweet notes of honey, butter, and a subtle touch of leather and oak that adds depth without overpowering.
