Nose
I’m instantly greeted with milk chocolate and subtle hints of raisin.
Palate
On the palate, the age on this shines through immediately and you get these beautiful notes of oak. The oak quickly balances with dark cherry notes and hints of milk chocolate. It has this creamy mouthfeel that coats your entire tongue and just keeps getting better and better.
Finish
The finish makes its presence known and is rather lengthy with the dark cherry and milk chocolate notes becoming more pronounced at the end.
